Jay S. Brady, a native of Southeast Texas and fifth generation Texan, grew up hunting and recreating in Kerr County. Jay graduated from The University of St. Thomas in Houston with a B.A. in Thomistic Philosophy in 1996 and started working in commercial and residential leasing in the Beaumont area. After a brief hiatus in the food service industry, Jay went back to leasing commercial properties, this time in downtown Houston. After 9/11, Jay decided to return to the Hill Country to run his family's game ranch.

In 2008, Jay founded the Cinco Ranch Group, whose primary focus is gathering investors to purchase and rehabilitate abused and distressed ranch land to then sell the properties to responsible land stewards.

Jay is a member of the Kerrville Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors and is currently pursuing his ALC designation.

In his spare time Jay enjoys travelling, cooking and barbecuing. Jay is also an avid outdoors-man, hunter and fisherman.
